So as is normal for all mothers, some days are better than most. Today would be one of THOSE days...but here is the kicker. After having Layla cry from 9 am -12h30, and after having tried it all, last resort , lets go for a walk. So i put her in the stroller and I make my way over to the mail box ( a block away) as I am walking she is screaming her little lungs out ( opera may not be a bad option for her future) A woman is getting into her car near the mail box, she hears Layla and stops what she is doing and stares at me. I ignore her, figuring she is annoyed that the screaming is interupting her oh so important day. Then she gets into her car starts to back out, mean while I am still walking, and Layla is still crying/screaming. Doesn't this lady stop her car roll down the window and say "well are you going to do anything?" Well, lets just say I lost my MIND on her, seriously gave it to her like never before, all the while the situation is making Layla scream even more. lady you are one CRAZY B%$#@ and now I know where you live so every single time my daron goes nuclear, I am parking my big ol' butt right outside your house. Seriously, how about saying , are you ok, or do you need help or how about NOTHING AT ALL since all babies cry you moron. Needless to say, that didn't help Layla calm down and so the day continued...to be ended by the photo you see...lets hope for a good nights sleep! So that way I will be all rested to throw tomatoes at her house tomorrow :)

My EPIC day...

So sick of gender crap!!
Ok so today I went to Walmart and almost had a serious Lisa fit in the store. I am walking around the baby zone and I see a display full of really cute little outfits ( sleepers). They have a boys sectionand a girls section...I am sure you can see where this is going
So in the boys section are cute little superhero outfits, Spiderman, Batman etc. Then it has a section with sleepers that look like "jobs". There is a policeman, and fireman and then one that was blue and has a stethascope and medical tools and it says" When I grow up I want to be a doctor". Cute right? Ok so then right next to that is the female version of it... and it is a pink sleeper with a sash that says beauty queen.. WTF?!?!?!? oh wait, then the next one said "its all about me" and finally a pink one with a tutu that said "future ballerina" Seriously??? Why a girl can't be a police, fireman or doctor?? oh boy...then you wonder why our girls grow up to think that their beauty is all their value. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!! when will this stupid gender roles thing end!! I have a lot of work ahead of me..ok ok..now I am calm, I won't burn the place down...Enjoy the pictures...
